The crew features Alyssa as hostess, Andrew as server, and Gemma as sous chef—all grade-schoolers taking on real business responsibilities to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. Alaina serves as our business manager, keeping operations running seamlessly, while Brandi, as executive chef, curates pizzas using the seasonal garden, livestock, and Vermont local ingredients. Expect inventive, resourceful, and delicious pizzas that change with the seasons. Because this is a school-aged team, there may occasionally be Wednesdays when Pizza Night is closed due to school events—so stay tuned to the event page for updates.
