Cheese making class taught by Melissa Tabor, hosted at Silloway Maple in Randolph Center. Thursday, November 9th. from 6-8 pm. Cost is $15. Join us for this much anticipated cheese making class, taught by long time cheese maker Melissa Tabor. Specializing in the art of traditional cheese making, Melissa will be going over how to make mozzarella, fromage blanc, ricotta or farmers cheese, as well as making butter and using buttermilk to make sour cream.
