eBike Demo and Bike Commuting Workshop

Sunday, August 16, 2026 - 1:00pm to 4:00pm08/16/2026 5:00pm eBike Demo and Bike Commuting Workshop Have you ever wanted to try out an ebike? Or do you have one already, but you're scared about riding it around town? Then Walk+Bike+Roll Randolph has an event for you! This Sunday, August 16 from 1PM to 4PM, WBRR will have 4 ebikes available for you to try for free. We are doing this in collaboration with Vital Communities and Chandler, who have been hosting free ebike loaner bikes for the past week. We will be meeting in the municipal parking lot by the Randolph Town offices. Once people have had a chance to check out the ebikes within the safe confines of the parking lot, optional rides will venture out onto the nearby neighborhood streets with an experienced bike commuter. We will offer safety information about the safe and legal way to ride bikes on Vermont roads. We hope that this event will expose people to the amazing technology of ebikes and also give them the confidence to ride around town for some of the short trips that make up every week. We are open to people with traditional bikes participating as well. We will try to share the ebikes as best we can, depending on demand. No need to RSVP. Just show up between 1 and 4 this Sunday and discover the joy of being on a bike! Randolph Town Clerk, Summer Street, Randolph, VT RACDC info@racdc.com America/New_York public
