Amanda Janoo in Randolph Oct. 17!

Saturday, October 17, 2026 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm10/17/2026 6:00pm Amanda Janoo in Randolph Oct. 17! Amanda is coming! Amanda Janoo is running for governor. And she's been coming up FAST. Taking on the incumbent governor who's been in office as long as Scott has takes guts, drive, courage and smarts. I have personally been somewhat reluctant to air my political views on FPF because we all live here together and I don't wish to put anyone off. But Amanda Janoo, for me, is not a politician. She's an economist, so she looks at the hard facts about people's actual lives. She talks about real solutions, stuff that could actually work to alleviate or solve many of our problems. Like supporting small businesses and farmers and coops so that we can make and sell some of the things we need right here in Vermont. That keeps our money inside our state---and that means less is skimmed by the big guys out there. And it makes jobs. You might not have time to read a bunch more, so I'll just say that meeting her and hearing her talk and answer difficult questions is inspiring. I hope you'll come over to the Mari Castle on South Main Street in Randolph, across the street from Gifford Hospital on Saturday the 17th from 2---4. It's a fundraiser, but you don't have to pay anything to go. RACDC info@racdc.com America/New_York public
