Come out for some family fun on Sunday Oct. 18th in West Brookfield Village. The race is an 8ish mile run around the loop of Eagle Peak rd and Steele Hill rd that started in 1981. This year will be the 45th year since its inauguration. Nowadays riders are encouraged to join along too! Each year we switch the loop from clockwise to counterclockwise. This year is counterclockwise which means we get to start by climbing Eagle Peak first and enjoy the long runout descent of Steel Hill to the finish line! Everyone is encouraged to do the loop at their own pace. We have prizes for several categories including first runner to finish, first rider to finish, first kid to finish, and best costume which will be voted on. Prized will be supplied by The Gear House and Abracadabra Coffee. A Potluck picnic is to follow, bring something to share if you would like but this is not required. A $5-$15 cash donation is suggested for event entry. 100% of these proceeds go to the general maintenance of our beautiful historic meeting house. Parking at 11 Cram Hill Rd.
