Wednesday, June 12, 2024 - 2:15pm to 4:15pm06/12/2024 6:15pm Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Demo - Info Session Location and date: Randolph Senior Center, 6 Hale Street June 12, Wednesday, 2:15 - 4:15 pm Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Demo and Info Session Info session for volunteers aged 55 and over to lead classes for older adults in the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP), a low impact and evidence-based program to increase strength, flexibility, balance and cardiorespiratory endurance. If you have enjoyed taking fitness classes and would like to help others grow, learn, and socialize together then this new adventure might be for you. Additional independent study of a manual and videos required after the in-person session to certify as a Leader.
