Chandler Center for the Arts presents an intimate holiday concert with acclaimed duo High Drive on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the Esther Mesh Room. Beth Telford and Justin Park will perform music from their Cape Breton repertoire alongside beloved holiday classics, bringing vibrant energy and masterful musicianship to the season. The duo's fiddle and guitar create tight interplay and a fresh take on classic tunes, drawing from the rich traditions of Cape Breton music. Telford, a specialist in Celtic music, studied with legendary Cape Breton fiddler Jerry Holland and has been performing traditional fiddle music in Vermont since 1983. She's taught fiddle to countless students of all ages and has run a Cape Breton fiddle and dance camp for many years. Park, a versatile multi-instrumentalist, has graced stages throughout the region this year, including performances at Chandler Music Hall, New World Festival, and Bluegrass Brunch. The Esther Mesh Room provides an ideal intimate setting for experiencing the nuanced interplay between these two accomplished musicians.
