Join us for Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of higher awareness, beginning Saturday, 9/7/24 and 8:30 a.m. at One Life Center's meditation yurt, located at 3720 Rt. 14S, Randolph Center, VT. Kundalini yoga includes movement, pranayama breathing techniques, meditation, and chanting mantras. Please bring a mat, cushion, or blanket and water. Classes are donation only. All levels welcome!
