Hello! I will be giving a workshop Sunday 14 June, at White River Craft Center (WRCC, Randolph), Making Books by Hand While Practicing Mindful Awareness. You'll learn to make books with three types of binding as you practice folding, stitching, and collage. You'll see how mindful awareness offers a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere to give you time and energy to create at least three books during this five hour workshop. We'll also talk about bookmaking history and view handcrafted books. All materials and tools are provided. You'll take home your handcrafted books and a kit of tools for you to make books at home (includes a one-half-hour break).
