Update: this event's location has shifted to the Bethel Town Hall at 318 Main St. Inviting all school workers, students, parents, community members, board members, and administrators to come together to learn about the content and impact of the Scott/Saunders plan, explore an alternative funding plan from the Public Assets Institute, and help shape education policy by giving feedback to legislators. All legislators from the towns that make up the Orange-Southwest and White River Valley school districts have also been invited to attend to hear from constituents and provide insight. We also invite attendees to bring a dish to share so we can feed everyone at the event. This event is being organized by Tev and Dana, two local educators and parents, with support from the Education Justice Coalition and Vermont School Workers United.
