Thursday, July 11, 2024 - 6:00pm to 8:00pm07/11/2024 10:00pm Strategies for Stress Relief and Resiliency Hello Neighbors, The next Central VT WAPF (Weston A Price Foundation) Chapter meeting is going to be Thursday, July 11th. at 6pm. at Silloway Maple, 1303 Boudro Rd. Randolph Center, VT. It's been a while since our last meeting, and it's always encouraging to meet up and gather with others who value traditional foods and farming practices that benefit our environment, health, and the whole community. I hope you all can attend! Dr. Alex Eingorn will be sharing stress management and resiliency techniques with us. Hailing from NY, Alex was a highly respected leader in the chiropractic and holistic healing community, and has since retired to Brookfield where he gardens, keeps bees, is involved in Rotary, and for any of you who know him personally is a generous, humble and kind friend to all. Of the many contributions he made in helping his patients maintain and improve their health naturally, Alex created what he called the S.M.A.R.T Program, Stress Management and Resiliency Training. This program was, "Designed to teach life-changing skills grounded in the latest neurophysiological research to manage stress for better health."
