Chandler Center for the Arts is thrilled to announce the 2026 Summer Youth Musical: Spamalot. This musical comedy adapted from the 1975 film "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," won the Tony Award for Best Musical in 2005, along with two other Tony Awards. It lovingly spoofs both Broadway musical conventions and the original Monty Python material, blending medieval silliness with theatrical spectacle. Auditions will be held Saturday, January 17th from 10am - 3pm, with conditional callbacks the following day, January 18th from 1pm - 3pm. Elementary students do not have to audition, unless auditioning for a specific role. All interested teens are required to audition. The camp will run June 22nd-July 12th, with three performances July 10, 11, and 12. Long-time Summer Youth Musical alumna Grace Collins returns for her 2nd year as director.
