This masterpiece is one of Handel's most creative and moving works. It is a wonderful setting of Milton's poetry full of variety, charm, humor, gorgeous solos and choruses, and lots of chances for the instrumentalists to shine. Grammy-winning soprano Amanda Forsythe has the lead role, along with 3 of UVB's favorite singers in thoughtful dialogue.
