The Red Lion Inn is senior/elderly housing in downtown Randolph. Red Lion Inn was previously a historic inn built in 1884 after large block fire. The Inn was vacant for 60 years before purchased and renovated by RACDC in 2000-2001. Conveniently located in the center of downtown, it is walkable to restaurants, convenient stores, grocery, multiple theaters, etc. Red Lion Inn is owned by RACDC and managed by Stewart Property Management. RACDC, local partners, and the community are working together to build a pocket park this summer across the street from the Red Lion Inn to give residents outdoor space. There will be dedication to the residents of the Red Lion Inn in the park as well as space for the residents to have an outdoor garden.
