Join in the traditional downtown Randolph celebration of Halloween. RACDC, the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Town of Randolph Recreation Department will be at gazebo park giving out toys, candy, and hot cocoa. Downtown businesses will also be giving out candy. Don't miss trick-or-treating on hospital hill.
