RACDC Board of Directors

Lee Moore

President

Lee Moore is the President of RACDC’s board of directors. His primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are housing and youth. Lee was a pastor of several churches throughout Vermont and Connecticut from 1966 to 2008. He is currently retired but still continues to help others including serving on several committees at Bethany Church, UCC. He earned his BA in Biology in 1963 from Heidelberg College (now University) in Tiffin, Ohio and his Master of Divinity in 1966 from The Graduate School of Theology at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. Lee is from North Lima, Ohio but now he and his wife live in Randolph, VT and have two grown children. Lee’s hobbies include sailing, anything outdoors, family activities, and helping others.

Robert Moyer

Vice President

Bob Moyer is the Vice President of RACDC’s board of directors. His primary interest related to RACDC’s mission is providing housing and development services to the greater Randolph Community. Bob was the Rules Examiner for Amtrak in Massachusetts from October 1975 to June 2006. He earned his BA at New York State University College at Cortland in 1969. Bob is currently retired but still continues to be involved in his community, serving on the Braintree Planning Commission and Development Review Board. Bob and his husband live in Braintree, VT and his hobbies include hiking, canoeing, railroads, and current events.

Peter Reed

Treasurer

Peter Reed is the Treasurer of RACDC’s board of directors. His primary interests related to RACDC’s mission is economic development and job creation in our service area and building collaboration and cohesion among downtown businesses. Peter is currently a Senior Community Banking Officer for Northfield Savings Bank at the Bethel and Randolph branches. He earned a BA in Economics at Earlham College in Indiana and a MBA at Tuck School in Dartmouth. Peter currently serves on the Gifford Medical Center Board, and the Randolph Sunrise Rotary Club. Peter and his wife currently live in Braintree and his hobbies include astronomy, Christmas trees (he owns a Christmas Tree Farm, Braintree Balsams), and gardening.

John Westbrook

Board Member

John Westbrook is a member of RACDC’s board of directors. John’s primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are Vital Downtown, Elderly housing & health, and Loan Program. John is a general dentist at his own practice, John L. Westbrook D.D.S. and has held the board secretary position of Delta Dental, served as the Editor of VSDS Newsletter and has served on the Randolph Elementary and High School Boards. He has also served as 1st LT, Vietnam in the U.S Army Medical Crops. John attended Dickinson College from 1963 to 1967 and the Temple University School of Dentistry from 1970 to 1974. John and his wife currently live in Randolph, VT and have three grown children. His hobbies include Skiing—cross country & alpine, fly fishing, kayaking and mountain biking.

Robert Sparadeo

Board Member

Bob is a member of RACDC’s board of directors. He works on the sales team at LEDdynamics, a local company that engineers and manufactures LED drivers, modules and light engines for global distribution. They also provide services and education to promote LED technology as a medium of illumination. Bob previously managed retail stores specializing in sound equipment and musical instruments and is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music as well as Vermont Technical College. Bob lives in Randolph Center with his family and continues to perform music professionally.

Sarah Isham

Board Member

Sarah Isham is a member of RACDC’s board of directors. Her primary interest related to RACDC’s mission is encouraging economic development of the Brookfield, Braintree, and Randolph areas, including employment opportunities for young people. Sarah is the Director of Agricultural Lending for VT Agricultural Credit Corporation at VT Economic Development Authority, serves on the Farm and Forestry Viability Program Advisory Board, designee to the Working Lands Enterprise Board, a director of the Mid-State Riding Club, trustee of the Brookfield Historical Society and a member of the National Council of State Agricultural Finance Programs. Sarah earned her BS in Animal Science at the University of New Hampshire. Sarah currently lives in Brookfield, VT and she enjoys carriage driving & horseback riding, outdoor activities, reading, and travel.

Sarah Baker

Board Member

Sarah Baker is a member of RACDC’s board of directors. Her primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are community building, housing, and small business development. Sarah currently works as a customer service manager at the Randolph Lake Sunapee Bank. Sarah studied at Lyndon State College and is a member of Rotary, and the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce. Sarah lives in Barre with her husband and four dogs. In her spare time she enjoys small woodcrafts, quilting, and reading mysteries.

Pamela Stafford

Board Member

Pam Stafford is a member of RACDC’s board of directors. Her primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are community involvement, Joslyn House, and downtown projects. Pam has been in her current career as an attorney since 1989 after earning her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School. Other organizations that she is involved in are Randolph Rotary Club, Town of Randolph Trustee of Public Funds, Town of Randolph Justice of the Peace, and a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Pam lives in Randolph, VT and has one grown son. She enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening.
