Ken Stevens

Roger Glovsky

Roger Glovsky joined the RACDC Board of Directors in 2017. His primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are RACDC’s commitment to revitalizing the downtown, creating and maintaining affordable housing that supports low income, families, and attracts new people; and economic development that supports new and growing businesses. Roger is an entrepreneur and currently works as a business advisor and investor at StartupVT.biz. He also a member of the Randolph Economic Development Council. Roger attended Dartmouth College and Thayer Engineering School receiving his A.B degree in 1980 and his B.E and M.E degrees in 1982. He then went on to receive his J.D. from Boston College Law School in 1986 and his M.B.A from M.I.T in 1991. He and his wife live in Randolph and have one grown son. His hobbies include Snowboarding, hiking, karate, and photography.

Lee Moore

President

Lee Moore is the current President of RACDC’s board of directors and has served on the board since 2013. His primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are housing and youth. Lee was a pastor of several churches throughout Vermont and Connecticut from 1966 to 2008. He is currently retired but still continues to help others including serving on several committees at Bethany Church, UCC. He earned his BA in Biology in 1963 from Heidelberg College (now University) in Tiffin, Ohio and his Master of Divinity in 1966 from The Graduate School of Theology at Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. Lee is from North Lima, Ohio but now he and his wife live in Randolph, VT and have two grown children. Lee’s hobbies include sailing, anything outdoors, family activities, and helping others.

Robert Moyer

Vice President

Robert (Bob) Moyer is the current Vice President of RACDC’s board of directors and has been a board member since 2012. His primary interest related to RACDC’s mission is providing housing and development services to the greater Randolph Community. Bob was the Rules Examiner for Amtrak in Massachusetts from October 1975 to June 2006. He earned his BA at New York State University College at Cortland in 1969. Bob is currently retired but still continues to be involved in his community, serving on the Braintree Planning Commission and Development Review Board. Bob and his husband live in Braintree, VT and his hobbies include hiking, canoeing, railroads, and current events.

Peter Reed

Treasurer

Peter Reed is the Treasurer of RACDC’s board of directors and has been a member since 2015. His primary interests related to RACDC’s mission is economic development and job creation in our service area and building collaboration and cohesion among downtown businesses. Peter is currently a Senior Community Banking Officer for Northfield Savings Bank at the Bethel and Randolph branches. He earned a BA in Economics at Earlham College in Indiana and an MBA at Tuck School in Dartmouth. Peter currently serves on the Gifford Medical Center Board, and the Randolph Sunrise Rotary Club. Peter and his wife currently live in Braintree and his hobbies include astronomy, Christmas trees (he owns a Christmas Tree Farm, Braintree Balsams), and gardening.

Robert Wright

Secretary

Robert (Bob) Wright is the Secretary of the RACDC Board of Directors, and has been on the board since 2014. He is the owner of Custom Castings of VT and also works as a foundry and casting consultant. He is also a member of the Randolph Rotary Club (Noon club) and the New England Chapter of American Foundry Society. Bob previously worked as the General Manager at Vermont Castings for almost 29 years, and also served on the Gifford Medical Center Board of Directors for 11 years. Bob lives in Randolph with his wife, Rose. He is interested in science and technology, health and education, caring for the environment, and disaster and humanitarian relief work.

Patrick French

Board Member

Patrick French was a founding member of the RACDC Board of Directors. He also served as the Assessor for the town of Randolph until his retirement in 2018. He holds a B.A and an M.A from UVM. He currently lives in Randolph with his wife Patsy French, who formerly served as a Vermont State Senator. They have two grown children.

Sarah Baker

Board Member

Sarah Baker joined the RACDC’s board of directors in 2017. Her primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are community building, housing, and small business development. Sarah currently works as a customer service manager at the Randolph Lake Sunapee Bank. Sarah studied at Lyndon State College and is a member of Rotary, and the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce. Sarah lives in Barre with her husband and four dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys small woodcrafts, quilting, and reading mysteries.

Pamela Stafford

Board Member

Pam Stafford has been a member of RACDC’s board of directors since 2008. Her primary interests related to RACDC’s mission are community involvement, Joslyn House, and downtown projects. Pam has been in her current career as an attorney since 1989 after earning her Juris Doctorate from Vermont Law School. Other organizations that she is involved in are Randolph Rotary Club, Town of Randolph Trustee of Public Funds, Town of Randolph Justice of the Peace, and a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Pam lives in Randolph, VT and has one grown son. She enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening.

Robert Sparadeo

Board Member

Robert (Bob) Sparadeo joined RACDC’s board of directors in 2016. He works on the sales team at LEDdynamics, a local company that engineers and manufactures LED drivers, modules and light engines for global distribution. They also provide services and education to promote LED technology as a medium of illumination. Bob previously managed retail stores specializing in sound equipment and musical instruments and is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music as well as Vermont Technical College. Bob lives in Randolph Center with his family and continues to perform music professionally.

Kevin McCollister

Board Member

Kevin McCollister joined the RACDC Board of Directors in 2017. He has a strong desire to see Randolph become a more vital and energetic community. He is a managing partner at Catamount Solar, a company he co-founded in 2011, and a member of Renewable Energy Vermont. Kevin has spent 13 years working in Vermont’s dynamic solar industry, before that he spent 10 years working on community development and environmental projects in Russia, he also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan. He has a B.A in Urban Studies from Columbia University and an M.A. in Geography from The University of Washington. He and his wife live in Montpelier, VT and have two children. Kevin also owns a small family farm and loves to travel.
