
Daniel Devoe
PresidentDan Devoe joined RACDC's board in 2018. He is the marketing director at Image Relay, a Vermont-based marketing technology company and certified B Corp. He has been active in startups and entrepreneurship for years, including as a co-founder of a legal services marketplace and as an early employee of the alcohol-delivery platform, Drizly. Before finding his way into technology, Dan practiced law in Massachusetts at Ropes & Gray LLP and for the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Dan received a B.A. and B.S. from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a law degree from the Boston University School of Law. Dan is also Vice Chair and a founding member of Randolph Area Asylum Seekers Support, serves as Secretary of Randolph's Development Review Board, and has served as Vice Chair of the board of Urbanity Dance, a contemporary dance and education organization in Boston, for the past ten years. Dan moved to the area in 2016 and lives in Randolph with his wife, Abby, and their boxer, Snacks.

Mathew Johnson, Ph.D, CPC
SecretaryDr. Mathew Johnson is Founder and Co-CEO of SPARC (www.sparcinsights.com), an executive-level consulting firm providing executive coaching and advising, strategic and organizational consulting, and executive training and development services. He is a global leader who has led regional, national and global organizations as CEO and in other c-suite and senior executive roles through strategic and transformational change. He brings that experience to his role as an executive coach, strategic advisor, organizational consultant and sociologist. Dr. J has partnered with organizations worldwide to develop strategies that support sustainable, equitable growth. Dr. J’s deep commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion have led to fundamental changes in fiscal sustainability, organizational structure, and institutional commitments and culture in every leadership position he has held. His leadership has supported communities, organizations and associations facing challenges of equity, democracy and sustainability.

Mark Andrews
Board MemberMark joined the RACDC board in 2025. He works as an investment advisor for Hanson and Doremus, a Burlington-based investment management firm. Previously, Mark worked for The Federal Reserve Bank of New York on the open market trading desk. Mark has a BA in Spanish literature and Russian from Bates College, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and an MA in international economics and finance from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). Mark holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. He also serves on the board of the Vermont Council on World Affairs. Mark is originally from Portland, Maine and has lived and worked in Ukraine, Bolivia, Italy, Argentina, and for three years in Equatorial Guinea. He moved to Randolph in 2021 where he lives with his wife, Meredith, and two daughters.

Cristine Maloney
Board MemberDr. Cristine Maloney joined the Board of Directors in 2019. She is currently the Hospice Medical Director at Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire. She also works per diem for Gifford Health Care as the medical director of Menig Nursing home as well as performing palliative care consultative services. Cristine previously worked for RACDC from 1996-2002, initially as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member and then as the Housing Director. She earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and an MD from the University of Vermont. Cristine lives in Randolph with her husband.

Robert Sparadeo
Board MemberRobert (Bob) Sparadeo joined RACDC’s board of directors in 2016. He works on the sales team at LEDdynamics, a local company that engineers and manufactures LED drivers, modules and light engines for global distribution. They also provide services and education to promote LED technology as a medium of illumination. Bob previously managed retail stores specializing in sound equipment and musical instruments and is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music as well as Vermont Technical College. Bob lives in Randolph Center with his family and continues to perform music professionally.

Robert Wright
Vice President & TreasurerRobert (Bob) Wright is the Vice President and Treasurer of the RACDC Board of Directors and has been on the board since 2014. He is the owner of Custom Castings of VT and works as a foundry and casting consultant. He is also a member of the Randolph Rotary Club (Noon club) and the New England Chapter of American Foundry Society. Bob previously worked as the General Manager at Vermont Castings for almost 29 years and served on the Gifford Medical Center Board of Directors for 11 years. Bob lives in Randolph with his wife, Rose. He is interested in science and technology, health, and education, caring for the environment, and disaster and humanitarian relief work.
